About this Talk

We are living and working in aging communities. Australians are living longer than ever before however there is one certainty, everyone will die.
82% of Australians think it is important to talk to their family about how they would want to be cared for at the end of their life. Only 28% have done so and only 14% of Australians have written instructions on how they wish their end of life to be.

So where does that leave primary care professionals?
